## Returns and complaints policy
> Buyers on Allegro can protect their rights in case of order issues, product returns, or filing a complaint. Consumers (and certain sole traders) generally have 14 days from the day after receiving the package to withdraw from a contract, and another 14 days to send the product back. While buyers can cancel orders before shipment via the cancellation option, the cost of returning goods after delivery is borne by them unless they use free return methods (such as Allegro Smart!, specific marketplace promotions, or options provided by the seller), or choose paid methods via Allegro or on their own. Sellers must issue refunds within 2 to 14 days depending on the cancellation or return type, though they may deduct from the amount if the product shows excessive signs of wear or damage, and can withhold refunds until receiving the package or proof of dispatch. In case of a complaint regarding a product inconsistent with the contract, the seller covers the return and shipping costs and has 14 days to respond. Although a physical receipt is not required, any clear proof or notification via the official Return Form—the recommended, fastest, and safest method—is sufficient to initiate the process.
